The suite

Six tools, your name on every print.

One California rate book across kitchen & bath, paint, windows, HVAC and roofing, with the costs and margins the homeowner never sees. The permit plan maker is a separate add-on.

Your company on the printout

Set your company once in the header: the name, license and contact from your company page head every quote, proposal and PDF the tools produce.

A homeowner view for your customer

Every tool has a customer side with the same numbers and none of your internals. Price it in contractor mode, then show or send the homeowner view.

The rate book and the code checks

Northern, Central and Southern California rates, Title 24 and WUI checks on roofs, HERS on HVAC, the B&P 7159 payment schedule on every ticket. The permit plan maker is a separate add-on, not part of the suite.

Who it is for

Built for the trades that price on site.

Six tools, one rate book, and each one speaks its trade's language. If you quote jobs in California, one of these is yours.

General contractors and remodelers

Kitchen and bath from demolition to paint, garage conversions, ADUs and whole-home work, line by line with a finish level. The permit plan maker is available as an add-on.

Roofers

Squares by roof section with waste, tear-off and disposal, product lines from GAF to Owens Corning, and the Title 24 cool-roof and WUI checks done for you.

Painters

Rooms or the exterior to the gallon, paint tiers and colors by name from the brand's deck, a walkthrough checklist, and a printed quote in minutes.

Window and door installers

Replacement windows and doors by united inch across eight manufacturers, story and install pricing, and a floor-plan pad to drop openings onto.

HVAC contractors

Size the load, pick the brand and tier, price the install with Title 24 and HERS costs built in, and hand over a proposal on paper.

Estimators and project managers

Contractor mode on every tool: contingency, sales tax, overhead and profit, the rate tuner, saved estimates per customer, and the customer view to send along.

Priced for Northern, Central and Southern California. Residential work; commercial and out-of-state jobs are not in the rate book.

How it works

Price the job first. Then one visit.

Built to bridge the gap between homeowners and contractors. No parade of strangers, no three bids you cannot compare.

01

Say what the job is

Pick the project, type the size, choose a finish level. Three questions. A tape measure is all it takes.

02

Get the range

Thirty seconds later: a real price range priced for your part of California, a monthly figure, and the PDF by email (see a sample). Or build it line by line.

03

One free site walk

Ask for it when you are ready. One hand-picked licensed pro walks the job in 5 to 15 minutes, free, confirms your measurements and gives the final estimate. Nothing is sent without you pressing a button. What happens after the button

The tools

Six tools. One honest price book.

Every tool opens empty and prices nothing until you enter something. Every price is a range, not a bid.

A set drawn here has been permitted. A bathroom set produced by 10hub was submitted to the City of Elk Grove and the permit issued with no corrections, first pass. One permit, one city, one plan type: evidence, not a guarantee.

Site walks · coming soon

Leads that go to one contractor. Only one.

Soon: when a homeowner on 10hub.ai asks for the site walk, the office hands the lead to one contractor, hand-picked by trade, job type and fit. Not a list, not a bidding pool, nobody else called. Far less competition than a lead everyone gets.

How it will work

From their estimate to your final price

You and the homeowner are on the same line items from the first minute. That is the whole point of the walk.

  1. 1They price the job

A homeowner on 10hub.ai gets a range and a monthly figure in thirty seconds, with the line items behind it.

  2. 2They ask for the walk

Nothing goes out until they press Request a site walk. Their estimate, their address and their consent come with it.

  3. 3The office picks one contractor

By trade, job type and fit for that job. Only that contractor is contacted; the homeowner is told to expect one call.

  4. 4You confirm and price it

A 5 to 15 minute walk: confirm the measurements, note what the tool could not see, and give the final price on the same lines.

To be matched, the office needs your trades, your license and the cities you cover. Send them here.

What a lead looks like

When it opens, this is what the office hands you. You are the only one who gets it.

From the founder

Why this exists, in my own words.

I was a contractor and a project manager. You know that moment when a contractor's standing in your kitchen, looking at your cabinets, and you're just waiting for a number — and you have no idea if it's real or he's reading your shoes? I've been on both sides of that. I handed out the bids, and I watched too many people sign them with no way to check the math. I built this so you never have to take a bid on faith again. Sit down, measure the room, answer three questions, and you'll know what the range is before anyone sets foot in your house. You should know what your own job costs.
Esteban M.Founder of 10hub

The paint estimator

Pick the colors. Watch the price move.

Say the job in a sentence and the rooms are set up for you. Pick the paint tier, then real colors by name from the brand's own deck for walls, ceilings and trim. The quote is priced to the gallon and moves as you choose.

  • Real colors, real names. Hundreds of colors from the paint maker's deck, searchable by name, with an honest no-preview mark where a brand publishes none.
  • Nothing is priced until you add it. Every line starts at zero. No sample scope, no number pretending to be yours.
  • Keep it. Email yourself the PDF, save it under My quotes, copy the summary, or ask for the site walk.

After the button

What happens when you ask for the site walk

10hub is an estimating tool, not a contractor. The tool gives you the range; only a licensed contractor gives the final estimate.

  1. 1You decide when

Take the estimate and find someone yourself, or press Request a site walk when you are ready. Nothing goes out until you do.

  2. 2We hand-pick one pro

A licensed contractor chosen from your estimate: the trade, the job type and the best fit for it. Not a list, not a bidding pool.

  3. 3One person reaches out

Only that one trade professional contacts you. No parade of strangers, no calls from anyone else.

  4. 4A short walk, no charge

The walk normally takes 5 to 15 minutes and costs nothing. The contractor confirms your measurements and the number, then gives the final estimate; if you like it, you can close the deal the same day. Your call either way.

Free means free: there is no charge for the walk and no obligation to hire. The measurements you enter are yours; a professional confirms them on the walk before any final price. Available in any city in California.

Financing

Pay for it monthly, not out of savings.

Tell us the project and roughly what the tool priced it at. Our office sends the financing options that fit, by email, with nothing pulled on your credit until you choose one.

Up to $250,000borrowed against the project, not your house
0% APR optionson approved credit, promotional terms
Funded in 1 to 3 daysso the crew is not waiting on money
No home equity neededunsecured, no lien on the property
No prepayment penaltyclear it early at no extra cost
Credit scores from 550a soft pull to check, no score impact

Financing through Hearth. Checking your rate is a soft pull and does not affect your credit score. All loans subject to approval; rates and terms vary by credit profile. 0% APR is a promotional offer for qualifying applicants and terms; not all applicants qualify, and longer terms carry interest. This is a request for options, not a credit application.

Goes to 10hub's office. Your email is used to send the options and for nothing else.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is the range a final price?

No. It is a price range built from a real rate book for your part of California, minus six to plus eight percent around the book figure. It is priced from the measurements you enter, and those have to be confirmed by a professional: a licensed contractor walks the job, free, checks your measurements and the site, and gives you the final number. Most projects land inside the band.

Do I need an account?

Not for your first estimate. Sign up with just an email code when you want a second estimate in the same week, or to see your saved quotes on another device. No password.

What counts as using my free estimate?

Pressing Request a site walk, Save to My quotes, Copy summary or Email me the PDF. Looking around, backing out and starting over does not, up to three tries a week. The estimate you are in stays open for half an hour after that.

What does $9.99 buy?

One more estimate this week in any tool, open for 24 hours, PDF included. You pay through Stripe with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. One payment opens one estimate and is never charged twice.

What happens to my details?

Your measurements stay in your browser; the pricing tools send only what you enter to 10hub's own price service. When you ask for a PDF or a site walk, the contact details you type go to 10hub's office and to the licensed contractor we match you with, and you tick a consent box first. Nothing is sold to advertisers.

Can I finance the job?

Yes. Every estimator shows a monthly figure beside the range, and the financing section on this page is where you ask for the options: up to $250,000, 0% APR promotional offers on approved credit, funded in one to three days, no home equity needed. Checking your rate is a soft pull, so it does not touch your credit score. Nothing is applied for until you choose an option.

What does the PDF look like?

One or two pages: your name and address, the price range in a black band, and what was priced, the way a contractor would write it. See a sample right here: a kitchen, 220 sq ft at the Premium finish with every line item, or a roof, an 1,800 sq ft footprint with one layer torn off. Both are exactly what the tools produced, priced for Northern California.

What happens after I ask for the site walk?

We hand-pick one licensed contractor from your estimate, matched on the trade and the job type. Only that one professional reaches out to you. The walk normally takes 5 to 15 minutes, there is no charge, and the contractor confirms your measurements and gives you the final estimate. If you like it you can close the deal the same day; if not, you owe nothing. 10hub is an estimating tool, not a contractor.

Where do you work?

Any city in California. The estimators price for Northern, Central or Southern California, you pick which, and the free site walk comes from a licensed contractor in your area. Outside California the numbers will not fit local rates, so we do not offer the site walk there.

Is there a version for contractors?

Yes. The same six tools in contractor mode, with line items, the rate book and printable quotes, at 10hub.pro. The permit plan maker is a separate add-on there.

Every price on 10hub is a price range, not a bid or a binding offer. A licensed contractor walks the job and finalizes the number. The permit set is a permit-application package, not a stamped engineered design; structural design and the Title 24 CF1R are deferred submittals by others.
